A proven process
and a realistic estimation.

First date

After you fill in the contact form, we will arrange a meeting. The first “date” takes an hour. During that time, we will try to better understand whether we are able to fulfill your expectations and whether working together can work.

If it appears that we won’t form an ideal couple,
we will recommend another company or solution.

1

Kickoff

We start our work with you with a paid #kickoff presentation for € 1,000 excluding VAT. Your assignment serves as a template. The output includes research of the issue and the competition and possibly an adjusted or often a completely new assignment. The presentation includes creative concepts, sketches, ideas, the quote, and the time schedule. We need three or four weeks to prepare the presentation.

Why is the presentation paid? We want to work with companies that appreciate our time, and this is a practical way for this to be shown. The commercial value of the work in the presentation is at least double the price.

2

Creative process

Based on the modified assignment, the quote, and the work process from the #kickoff presentation, we continue with the selected concept. We charge 50% of the agreed value of the contract in advance. The price includes two feedback rounds.  More rounds are charged separately.

Please note:
Based on our experience, this step takes two to three times longer than the client estimates.
Be ready for that.

3

Finish

After incorporating your feedback, we prepare the final materials, documents, or code. If necessary, we will train you in this and hand over the source files (if this was agreed in advance). When you’re satisfied with our work, and both parties consider it to be finished as specified in the agreed scope from the quote,
we charge the remaining 50% of the value of the contract.

4

Relationship

We look for long-term relationships. When you grow, we grow with you. We care about the lives of our projects after we submit them. We are not selling useless things to you, but we don’t like keeping good ideas to ourselves.
