With owners who love their brand and their legacy project. With this brand, we wanted to create the future heritage of Záhorská Bystrica – a district of Bratislava. The Bistric brand must function as a restaurant, deli and a specific, premium car detailing facility.
From the menu, through spatial navigation and aprons, to the product you will take home, Bistric is an embodiment of high quality, timelessness and top-notch service. Something that will endure and survive the test of time. We are highlighting the roots of the location and the owner’s family – as well as the quality of the ingredients and its committed chefs. When it comes to identity, we like it the way we like our plates – without unnecessary garnishes. We don’t make noise.
