We’ll be honest: When we first started, we thought we could create logos, visual identities or names as standalone projects. But we find it hard to stop there. We want to do more than just create something nice and send you an invoice for it. We want to see our creations work – earning you money and making us happy. But without a clearly defined strategy, it’s only going to work short-term, or not at all.
We usually come across 3 situations:

- You have a defined strategy, but we don’t agree with it.
- You don’t have a strategy and we’ll help you create it.
How we create a strategy
We use two main tools: empathy and data. The process involves our typical questionnaire, meetings and visits to your company, collection of available data (oftentimes also our own research) and long, honest conversations about what you want to achieve. We then cross-check if there’s market potential, based on the data.
For briefs and topics we’re familiar with, we create the strategy in-house. If the brief is more specific, we are not afraid to ask for help. We work with renowned external strategists.
What strategies we’ve created
For more than 3 years, we’ve been implementing the strategy we created for the employer brands Tatra banka and Raiffeisen bank. For a gastro brands’ house and pioneer of food delivery Menuland, we created a strategy based on the idea “everyone has the right to a good meal”, thanks to which they’ll bust myths about traditional daily menus. To grow the brand Malý Gazda, we created the strategy of a milk factory and new product lines Ňuňu and Tvarohový dezert. For one of the world’s biggest producers of cycling apparel Kalas, we created a new communications strategy for its next global expansion, which has already proven its effectiveness for the second year. We helped shift the brand Hopin from taxi service to a service that addresses city transport in all its complexity.
The variety of companies whom we’ve helped with strategy is wide. These can be start-ups where we create everything from scratch, together with the founders, but also companies that have been on the market for a long time. In such cases, it’s often a challenging process that requires the courage to make bold decisions and the ability to look at the situation with a clear mind.
